Community Kids' Recommendations

Our Community Kids' Recommendations are a display of books that are recommended by, you guessed it, kids in our community! Every few weeks we update the display with new recs from another kid. It's a fun way for kids to share with our community books that they are loving.

Guest Reader

We’ve had so many wonderful local customers volunteer to read for storytime. We do Storytime twice per week (Wednesday morning & Saturday afternoon) and are happy to have folks in our community volunteer to be a Guest Reader! If you are interested in volunteering, sign up below!

Find Waldo Local

Moon and Back Bookstore is one of 325 independent bookstores nationwide that hosts Find Waldo Local, a hide-and-seek program designed to encourage residents to patronize their local businesses each July. 


Moon and Back partners with 25 stores/locations across Medford to make this FREE family-friendly program happen every year.
